hello, i am tryng to make a research of people in a zip code radius of 060-0005, but the results are 0.
i think it could be an error on this specific area of Sapporo, where the maps is not counting the records.
can you guys look into this and possibly solve the issue with the maps.
i will really appreciate it.

Thanks Bill, The example with Osaka pointed out an issue with some of the data. There were several postal codes in that radius that caused a failure. This has now been resolved. So 20km radius around Osaka should now work.

Hello Peter and Free Map Tools. Firstly, this is a brilliant tool, thanks for making it available. I have an issue similar to Peter's It appears to vary depending on the point of origin. For Osaka it will only return up to 20km (2,806 codes) but for Tokyo it will happily go up to 100km (13,965 codes) Hope this helps

Hi Peter, thanks for the feedback. I've run the same search as you and see what you mean. The reason is likely to be the sheer number of postal codes getting found. I think 100 miles pushes it over the limit. I will make an update to this page shortly so that it doesn't attempt to display 1000's of markers at once on the map if the number of results goes over 10,000. Instead it will just list the Japan post codes in the radius in the text box below the map. Keep and eye on Version History to indicate when this change has been made.

I am not getting results back for certain cities or distances. For example, if I type in a 50 mile radius around Shinjuku, it returns data just fine. If I change the radius to 100 miles, it just hangs forever and doesn't give me any data back. Any input would be appreciated!!!
